Article 158 Application for official search for the purpose of the Family Law Act 1996 by a mortgagee

(1)
A mortgagee of land comprised in a registered title that consists of or includes all or part of a dwelling-house may apply for an official search certificate of the result of a search of the relevant individual register for the purpose of section 56(3) of the Family Law Act 1996 M1.
(2)
Subject to rule 132(1), an application under paragraph (1) must be made in F1Form HR3 .
