Article 47 Consent to registration of a caution against first registration
For the purposes of section 18(2) of the Act a person consents to the lodging of a caution against first registration if before the caution is entered in the cautions register—
(a)
he has confirmed in writing that he consents to the lodging of the caution, and
(b)
that consent is produced to the registrar.
