Paragraph 5 Registered land brought into settlement
Where registered land has been settled and the existing registered proprietor is the tenant for life under the settlement, the registered proprietor must—
(a)
make a declaration in Form 6, and
(b)
apply for the entry of a restriction in Form G, modified if appropriate.
