(a)

in subsection (4), for paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute “, on conviction, to a fine”; and

(b)

in subsection (5), for paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute “, on conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine or to both”.
