Article 2 Interpretation

In this Order:

• “relevant local planning authorities” means Portsmouth City Council, Havant Borough Council and Hampshire County Council, or any of them as the case may be;

• “the 1962 Order” means the Langstone Harbour Order 1962^f1;

• “the constituent councils” means the councils of the City of Portsmouth and the Borough of Havant;

• “the limits of jurisdiction” for the purposes of articles 8 and 9 below, means the area edged pink on the map annexed to this Order;

Words and expressions to which meanings are assigned by the Langstone Harbour Orders 1962 to 1990 shall have the same meaning herein.
