PILOTAGE

Made 1st April 2005

Coming into force 1st April 2005

Whereas the Langstone Harbour Board have applied for a harbour revision order under section 14 of the Harbours Act 1964^f1 and in accordance with section 7(5) of the Pilotage Act 1987^f2;

And whereas no objections to the application have been made in accordance with paragraph 10(2)(f) of Schedule 3 to the said Act;

Now, therefore, the Secretary of State for Transport (being the appropriate Minister under subsection (7) of the said section 14^f3), in exercise of the power conferred by that section and now vested in him^f4, hereby makes the following Order:
