Regulation 56 Amendment of the Extradition Act 2003 (Designation of Part 2 Territories) Order 2003I1

The Extradition Act 2003 (Designation of Part 2 Territories) Order 2003 M1 is amended as follows.

In article 2(2) insert, in the appropriate places, the territories listed in paragraph (4).

In article 3(2) insert, in the appropriate places, the territories listed in in paragraph (4).

The territories are—

• Austria;

• Belgium;

• Bulgaria;

• Croatia;

• Cyprus;

• Czech Republic;

• Denmark;

• Estonia;

• Finland;

• France;

• Germany;

• Greece;

• Hungary;

• F1Iceland;

• Ireland;

• Italy;

• Latvia;

• Lithuania;

• Luxembourg;

• Malta;

• The Netherlands;

• F2Norway;

• Poland;

• Portugal;

• Romania;

• Slovakia;

• Slovenia;

• Spain;

• Sweden.
