The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 35(6) of the Legal Aid Act 1988^f1, hereby makes the following Order, a draft of which has, in accordance with section 36(2) of the Legal Aid Act 1988, been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:—
