Section 88 of the Trade Marks Act 1994f1 is amended as follows.
(2)
In subsection (1)(b) for “an individual” substitute “a person”.
(3)
In subsection (1)(c) for—
(a)
“an individual” substitute “a person”;
(b)
“him” substitute “the person”; and
(c)
“his” substitute “the person’s”.
