Paragraph 25 I1

For section 20 (unqualified person not to act as solicitor) substitute—

“Unqualified person not to act as solicitor

(1)

No unqualified person is to act as a solicitor.

(2)

Any person who contravenes subsection (1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction on indictment to imprisonment for not more than 2 years or to a fine, or to both.”
