Section 29 Time when Welsh legislation comes into forceI1I2
Where—
(a)
an F1Act of Senedd Cymru or a Welsh subordinate instrument, or
(b)
a provision in an Act of Senedd Cymru or a Welsh subordinate instrument,
comes into force on a day provided for in an enactment, the Act, instrument or provision comes into force at the beginning of that day.
