Article 24 REPEALS

The following enactments are repealed to the extent specified: Lerwick Harbour Improvements Act, 1877^f1, Part II (Appointment of Trustees and Commencement of Act) with the exception of section 20.

• Lerwick Harbour Order Confirmation Act 1911^f2, sections 12, 13, 14 and 15.

• Lerwick Harbour (Miscellaneous Provisions) Order Confirmation Act 1975^f3, sections 3(1) and 5.

• Lerwick Harbour Revision Order 1994^f4, the whole Order.
