In paragraph 2 of Schedule 6 to TCPA 1990 (powers and duties of appointed persons), in sub-paragraph (10)—
(a)
for “does not apply” substitute “applies”;
(b)
at the end insert “only for the purposes of subsection (4) of that section”.
