(a)

in the heading, for “Treasury licences” substitute “financial sanctions licences”;

(b)

in paragraphs (1) to (6) for “IP completion day”, in each place it occurs, substitute “the relevant date”;

(c)

for paragraph (1)(a) substitute—

was granted by the Governor under article 15 of the 2011 Overseas Territories Order,”;

(d)

in paragraph (2), for “Treasury under regulation 48(1) (Treasury licences)” substitute “Governor under regulation 48 (financial sanctions licences)”;

(e)

(f)
