Coming into force 6th April 1995
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 10(6) of the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act 1963f1 and paragraph 3 of Schedule 4 to that Act, having regard to the definition of “prescribed” in section 55(1) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:
