The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 17(2) to (4), 29(4) and (6), 34(2), 41A(2)f1, 54, 71(3) to (5), 84(2), 86A(2)f2, 91, 100(4) and (5)f3 and 193f4 of the Licensing Act 2003f5.
