Regulation 2 Permitted temporary activities: temporary event notice

The Licensing Act 2003 (Permitted Temporary Activities) (Notices) Regulations 2005^f1 (“the 2005 Regulations”) are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

For the form in Schedule 1 to the 2005 Regulations, substitute the form in the Schedule to these Regulations.
