Paragraph 1A F1
Where the Mayor of London gives a direction to a London licensing authority—
(a)
to reject an application for a premises licence under section 25C, or
(b)
to reject (in whole or in part) an application to vary a premises licence under section 41ZB,
the applicant may appeal against the direction.
