Paragraph 114

In section 232(7) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (definition of “catering business”)—

(a)

in paragraph (a) for “intoxicating liquor” substitute “ alcohol ”, and

(b)

for “ “intoxicating liquor” has the same meaning as in the Licensing Act 1964” substitute “ “alcohol” has the same meaning as in the Licensing Act 2003 ”.
