Article 2

The Schedule to the Licensing (Fees) Order 1978^f1 shall be amended by inserting after the entry relating to the grant of a special order of exemption the following entries —

“Grant of order varying permitted hours in on-licensed vineyardpremises — s.87A^f2 6.50

Variation or revocation of order varying permitted hours in on-licensedvineyard premises on application by holder of licence — s.87A(7) 6.50”.
