Article 2

The Schedule to the Licensing (Fees) Order 1978^f1 shall be amended by inserting, after the entry relating to the grant of a special hours certificate, the following entries—

Grant of provisional special hours certificate—ss. 77A and 78ZA	10.00
Declaring provisional grant of special hours certificate final—ss. 77A(3) and 78ZA(3)	4.00
