Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Licensing Register (Scotland) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 1st February 2008.

(2)

In these Regulations–

  • “the Act” means the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005; and

  • “Board” means a Licensing Board continued in existence or established under section 5 of the Act.
