An offence under either of the following provisions of the Electricity Act 1989 (c. 29)–

(a)

paragraph 3 of Schedule 6 (restoration of supply without consent);

(b)

paragraph 8 of Schedule 6 (provision as to power of entry);

(c)

paragraph 11 of Schedule 7 (interference with meters).
