A Licensing Board is to consist of such number (being not fewer than 5 and not more than 10) of members as may be determined by the relevant council.

The members of a Licensing Board are to be elected by the relevant council from among their councillors.

In the case of a Licensing Board for a licensing division, not less than one third of the total number of members of the Board must be councillors for wards within the division.
