Article 2 Amendments to the Licensing (Special Hours Certificates) Rules 1982

The Licensing (Special Hours Certificates) Rules 1982^f1 shall be amended as follows.

In rule 5(1)^f2 after “section 81A(3)” insert “or section 81AA(1)^f3”.

In rule 6^f4 for “or section 81A(3)” insert “, section 81A(3) or section 81AA(1)”.

(4)

In rule 7^f5 for “or 81” substitute“, 81 or 81AA”.
