The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred upon him by section 5 of the Licensing (Sunday Hours) Act 1995f1, hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Licensing (Sunday Hours) Act 1995 (Commencement) Order 1995.

The Licensing (Sunday Hours) Act 1995 shall come into force on 6th August 1995.
