Regulation 19 Consequential Amendment of the Higher Education (Fee Limit Condition) (England) Regulations 2017I1

In the Higher Education (Fee Limit Condition) (England) Regulations 2017, in regulation 7, after paragraph (1) insert—

“(1ZA)

In paragraph (1)(a), “designated” means designated by or under the Education (Student Support) Regulations 2011^f1 ”.
