Section 10 Confirmation of order by Board of Trade.
The Board of Trade may confirm the order with or without modifications as the case may require, and an order so confirmed . . . F1 shall be conclusive evidence that all the requirements of this Act in respect of proceedings required to be taken before the making of the order have been complied with.
