Regulation 2 Amendment

Part 2 of Schedule 3 to the Limited Liability Partnerships (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2009 (consequential amendments of the Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations 2001)^f1 is amended as follows

In paragraph 13(5) (amendment of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations 2001^f2: applied provisions of Companies Act 1985), in sub-paragraph (a), after “Part 14 of that Act (investigations etc)” insert “or Part 18 of that Act (floating charges in Scotland)”.
