Where a partner (or proposed partner) is a legal entity, the required information about the partner is—
(a)
name;
(b)
principal office;
(c)
a service address (which may be stated as “The limited partnership’s registered office”);
(d)
the legal form of the entity and the law by which it is governed;
(e)
in the case of a general partner, any register in which the general partner is entered (including details of the state) and, if applicable, its registration number in that register.
