Section 24 Decision on application for revival by the courtF1

If, on an application under section 23, the court orders revival of the limited partnership, the revival takes effect on a copy of the court’s order being delivered to the registrar.
The registrar must publish a notice in the Gazette of the revival of the limited partnership.
The notice must state—
the limited partnership’s name (which must be the name that it had before it was dissolved under section 19(6)),
the limited partnership’s registration number, and
the date on which the revival of the limited partnership takes effect.
