Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

The County of Lincolnshire was divided into 5 coroners' districts by the Lincolnshire (Coroners' Districts) Order 2002.

The Order replaces the two coroners' districts of Spilsby and Louth with the single district of Spilsby and Louth. It also revokes the 2002 Order. The 4 coroners' districts now existing in the County of Lincolnshire are set out in the Schedule to this Order.
