Section 17 Certain clauses of the 8 & 9 Vict c. 18 rendered applicable to this Act.C1

In cases not otherwise provided for in this Act, the clauses sixty-nine, seventy, seventy-one, seventy-two, seventy-three, seventy-four and seventy-eight of the M1Lands Clauses Consolidation Act 1845, shall apply in respect of the application of the purchase money of all sites purchased from incapacitated persons, corporations, and trustees hereby empowered to sell, other than the Chancellor and Council of the Duchy of Lancaster and the officers of the Duchy of Cornwall.
