Article 8 Temporary closure and diversion of public footpathI1

The undertaker may, during the construction and decommissioning of the authorised development, temporarily close public footpath 214 as specified in column (3) of Schedule 3 (public footpath to be temporarily closed and diverted) to the extent specified in column (5) (extent of temporary closure) of Schedule 3, and must provide the temporary substitute public footpath specified in column (6) (extent of temporary diversion) of Schedule 3 for the period during which the footpath is temporarily closed.
