Section 11 Expenses and receipts.

any expenses incurred by the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries which are attributable to the provisions of this Act empowering him to make regulations providing for the inspection of rams and uncastrated ram lambs by referees appointed by him; and

any increase attributable to this Act in the administrative expenses incurred for the purposes of the principal Act by the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries and the Secretary of State or either of them.
