Paragraph 4 Controller of Local AuditF1
(1)
The Local Audit Office must employ an individual to act as its chief executive officer.
(2)
That individual—
(a)
is to have the title of the Controller of Local Audit, and
(b)
is by virtue of the individual’s employment an executive member of the Office.
(3)
The Office must consult the Secretary of State before appointing the Controller.
