Regulation 1 Citation, commencement, interpretation and applicationI1

(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Local Audit (Auditor Panel) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 1st April 2015.

(2)

In these Regulations—

  • “the Act” means the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014;

  • “the 1972 Act” means the Local Government Act 1972f1;

  • “the 1989 Act” means the Local Government and Housing Act 1989f2.

These Regulations apply to relevant authorities other than health service bodiesf3.
