Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Local Authorities (Allowances) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st September 1990.

(2)

In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Local Authorities (Allowances) (Scotland) Regulations 1975f1.
