Article 2 Interpretation

In this Order–

• “the 1972 Act” means the Local Government Act 1972^f1;

• “the 1989 Act” means the Local Government and Housing Act 1989^f2;

• “the 2003 Act” means the Local Government Act 2003; and

• “the 1995 Order” means the Local Authorities (Companies) Order 1995^f3.
