Explanatory note
This Order makes further provision incidental, consequential, transitional and supplementary to the Local Government Act 1972, relating to—
(a)
The amendment of certain instruments;
(b)
water-courses forming boundaries altered before 1st April 1974;
(c)
the constitution of trustees in certain cinque ports etc. on the grant of charters to the districts;
(d)
the corporate land of London boroughs;
(e)
the Oakham Cemetery; and
(f)
the transfer of certain property, etc.
