Article 2 Amendment of the Schedule to the Local Authorities (Model Code of Conduct) (Wales) Order 2008I1

In the definition of “relevant authority” in Part 1 (Interpretation) of the Schedule to the Local Authorities (Model Code of Conduct) (Wales) Order 2008^f1 after “a community council” insert—

“(ca)

a corporate joint committee established by regulations made under Part 5 of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021 (asc 1)^f2,”.
