Paragraph 9 I1

The Commission may delegate any of its functions to any of its members, employees, committees or sub-committees.

Sub-paragraph (1) does not apply to any function of making an order by statutory instrument.

The chief executive of the Commission may delegate any of the chief executive's functions to any other employee of the Commission.

A committee of the Commission may delegate any of its functions to any of its sub-committees.

A committee or sub-committee of the Commission may delegate any of its functions to any employee of the Commission.
