Section 59 (change of name of electoral area), is amended as follows.

In subsections (5), (6)(a) and (7), for “Electoral Commission” substitute “ Local Government Boundary Commission ”.
(3)
In subsection (8)(a), after “Local Government Act 1992 (c. 19)” insert “ , section 59 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009 ”.
