In section 106 of the Housing Associations Act 1985 (minor definitions - general), in the definition of “local authority”—

(a)

after “the Local Government Act 1985” insert “ , an economic prosperity board established under section 88 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009, a combined authority established under section 103 of that Act ”;

(b)

after “such a joint authority,” insert “ such an economic prosperity board, such a combined authority, ”.
