In section 211(1) of the Greater London Authority Act 1999 (public sector operators for the purposes of Chapter 7 of Part 4 of that Act)—

(a)

after paragraph (c) insert—

“(ca)

any combined authority established under section 103 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009;”;

(b)

in paragraph (d), for “or an Integrated Transport Authority for an integrated transport area in England” substitute “ , an Integrated Transport Authority for an integrated transport area in England or a combined authority ”.
