(a)

in the official poll card to be sent or delivered to an elector voting in person, on the back of card, in the second paragraph, for “box” substitute “voting box”;

(b)

in the official proxy poll card to be sent or delivered to a proxy voting in person, on the back of card, in the third paragraph, for “box” substitute “voting box”.
