 In rule 17 (inspection of nomination papers), after paragraph (3) insert—

“(4)

Where nomination papers have been delivered in accordance with the electronic delivery statement, the returning officer must take reasonable steps to ensure that they can be accessed for the purposes of inspecting them.”
