 In rule 18 (inspection of home address forms), after paragraph (2) insert—

“(2A)

Where a home address form has been delivered in accordance with the electronic delivery statement, the returning officer must take reasonable steps to ensure that the persons mentioned in paragraph (1) can access that form for the purposes of inspecting it.”
