Paragraph 49 X1
In section 5(1) of the Deposit of Poisonous Waste Act 1972, for paragraph (a) there shall be substituted the following paragraphs:—
“(a)in England, county councils and the Greater London Council;
(aa)in Wales, district councils ; and”.
