The provisions of Schedule 12 to this Act shall have effect with respect to the meetings and proceedings of local authorities F1, joint authorities, F2economic prosperity boards, combined authorities, F3combined county authorities, F4.... F5... and their committees, parish meetings and their committees and community meetings.
